The condominium is set in a lovely landscaped, well maintained spacious complex with the following facilities:
Club House open from 8.00 am to 11.00 p.m. including snack machines, well equipped gym, sauna room, pool table, toilettes.
Swimming pool with loungers', tables and chairs, plus hot tub Jacuzzi.
Tennis court and Volleyball court.
Children's playground area plus bar-b-q area.

Royal Palm Bay complex is on a quiet cul-de-sac called Royal Bay Boulevard (Blvd). This lies off Poinciana Blvd. approximately 1 mile south of highway 192. From the junction of Poinciana Blvd and the 192, all the major attractions are within easy reach, as are many shops and diners / restaurants.

The rental rates are all-inclusive and cover sales and resort tax, utilities (including electricity for the air conditioning / heating), and cleaning after vacating.
Full payment for the reservation is to be made not later than 60 days prior to using the accommodation. For bookings made more than 60 days in advance, a non-refundable deposit of £50 ($75) per week booked will be required.
